IFITM3P9

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → FUNCTION-RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, IFITM3P9 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 7,042 significant associations in total. PRAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible IFITM3P9-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Tissue regeneration, Negative regulation of viral process, and Negative regulation of response to biotic stimulus. Each is linked with IFITM3P9 in more than 12 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both IFITM3P9-to-partner and partner-to-IFITM3P9 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Tissue regeneration grouped by IFITM3P9-low versus IFITM3P9-high in ESCA.

RNA expression associated GO terms by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (IFITM3P9→partner) and Y-score (partner→IFITM3P9) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
