IFITM3

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, IFITM3 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 45 significant associations in total. SKCM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible IFITM3-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNU6-694P, MTCYBP10, and PCYT1B-AS1. Each is linked with IFITM3 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both IFITM3-to-partner and partner-to-IFITM3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNU6-694P grouped by IFITM3-low versus IFITM3-high in SKCM.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (IFITM3→partner) and Y-score (partner→IFITM3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
