IFIT5

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, IFIT5 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 27 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible IFIT5-associated genes across cancer lineages are eIF4G, FoxM1, and Gab2. Each is linked with IFIT5 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both IFIT5-to-partner and partner-to-IFIT5 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, eIF4G grouped by IFIT5-low versus IFIT5-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (IFIT5→partner) and Y-score (partner→IFIT5) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
