IFIH1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, IFIH1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 678 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible IFIH1-associated genes across cancer lineages are DNASE2B, NEIL2, and MMP26. Each is linked with IFIH1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both IFIH1-to-partner and partner-to-IFIH1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, DNASE2B grouped by IFIH1-low versus IFIH1-high in STOMACH.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (IFIH1→partner) and Y-score (partner→IFIH1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
