IFI6

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, IFI6 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 21 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible IFI6-associated genes across cancer lineages are MIR8062, MIR379, and USP9YP36. Each is linked with IFI6 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both IFI6-to-partner and partner-to-IFI6 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MIR8062 grouped by IFI6-low versus IFI6-high in BRCA.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (IFI6→partner) and Y-score (partner→IFI6) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
