IFI35

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, IFI35 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 210 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible IFI35-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNU6-990P, RNA5SP113, and GPATCH11. Each is linked with IFI35 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both IFI35-to-partner and partner-to-IFI35 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNU6-990P grouped by IFI35-low versus IFI35-high in BRCA.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (IFI35→partner) and Y-score (partner→IFI35) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
