Across TCGA cell cohorts, IFI35 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,821 significant associations in total. SOFT_TISSUE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible IFI35-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Antigen processing and presentation of peptide antigen via MHC class I, Cytoplasmic pattern recognition receptor signaling pathway, and Defense response to virus. Each is linked with IFI35 in more than 16 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both IFI35-to-partner and partner-to-IFI35 results are reported.
