Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, IFI30 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 2 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated IFI30 data layer compared with 21 for mass-spec protein and 6 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in colon adenocarcinoma (COAD), where higher IFI30 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated IFI30 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
COAD and SKCM are the cancer types where IFI30 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
