Across TCGA patient cohorts, IFI27L2 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 3 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible IFI27L2-associated genes across cancer lineages are p62 Lck ligand, Chk2, and VHL. Each is linked with IFI27L2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both IFI27L2-to-partner and partner-to-IFI27L2 results are reported.
