IFI16

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, IFI16 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 42 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible IFI16-associated genes across cancer lineages are Smac, Rictor_pT1135, and Cyclin-B1. Each is linked with IFI16 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both IFI16-to-partner and partner-to-IFI16 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Smac grouped by IFI16-low versus IFI16-high in LUAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (IFI16→partner) and Y-score (partner→IFI16) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
