IFI16

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, IFI16 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 297 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible IFI16-associated genes across cancer lineages are KRTAP3-3, DYDC1, and GALP. Each is linked with IFI16 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both IFI16-to-partner and partner-to-IFI16 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, KRTAP3-3 grouped by IFI16-low versus IFI16-high in BLOOD_Lymphoma.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (IFI16→partner) and Y-score (partner→IFI16) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
