IFFO2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, IFFO2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 11,409 significant associations in total. LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible IFFO2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are CD44, MYO1E, and BAG3. Each is linked with IFFO2 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both IFFO2-to-partner and partner-to-IFFO2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, IFFO2 versus CD44 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.36.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (IFFO2→partner) and Y-score (partner→IFFO2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
