IFFO2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, IFFO2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 289 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible IFFO2-associated genes across cancer lineages are AP1S3, PELO, and CMIP. Each is linked with IFFO2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both IFFO2-to-partner and partner-to-IFFO2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, AP1S3 grouped by IFFO2-low versus IFFO2-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (IFFO2→partner) and Y-score (partner→IFFO2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
