IER5L

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, IER5L RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 10,959 significant associations in total. LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible IER5L-associated proteins across cancer lineages are VAV2, LOXL2, and NTMT1. Each is linked with IER5L in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both IER5L-to-partner and partner-to-IER5L results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (IER5L→partner) and Y-score (partner→IER5L) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
