IER5

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, IER5 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 6,773 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Lymphoma shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible IER5-associated genes across cancer lineages are PHLDA3, PLK3, and PLEKHF1. Each is linked with IER5 in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both IER5-to-partner and partner-to-IER5 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, IER5 versus PHLDA3 in LUNG_NSCLC_LUSC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.52.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (IER5→partner) and Y-score (partner→IER5) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
