IER3

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, IER3 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 40 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible IER3-associated genes across cancer lineages are MIR320C2, MIR921, and RN7SKP151. Each is linked with IER3 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both IER3-to-partner and partner-to-IER3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MIR320C2 grouped by IER3-low versus IER3-high in SKCM.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (IER3→partner) and Y-score (partner→IER3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
