IDUA

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, IDUA RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 10,948 significant associations in total. HNSC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible IDUA-associated proteins across cancer lineages are AGO1, DDX21_S89, and RPL5. Each is linked with IDUA in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both IDUA-to-partner and partner-to-IDUA results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, IDUA versus AGO1 in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.44.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (IDUA→partner) and Y-score (partner→IDUA) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
