IDUA

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, IDUA mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 450 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible IDUA-associated genes across cancer lineages are GAGE12H, MIR550A1, and IGHD1-1. Each is linked with IDUA in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both IDUA-to-partner and partner-to-IDUA results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, GAGE12H grouped by IDUA-low versus IDUA-high in STAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (IDUA→partner) and Y-score (partner→IDUA) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
