IDO2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, IDO2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 8,373 significant associations in total. HNSC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible IDO2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are ADA2, SASH3, and MYO1G. Each is linked with IDO2 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both IDO2-to-partner and partner-to-IDO2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (IDO2→partner) and Y-score (partner→IDO2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
