Across TCGA patient cohorts, IDO2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,325 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible IDO2-associated genes across cancer lineages are ARIH1, MED17, and ZNF766. Each is linked with IDO2 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both IDO2-to-partner and partner-to-IDO2 results are reported.
