IDO1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, IDO1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 13,463 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible IDO1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are APOL3, GBP4, and PSME2. Each is linked with IDO1 in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both IDO1-to-partner and partner-to-IDO1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, IDO1 versus APOL3 in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.63.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (IDO1→partner) and Y-score (partner→IDO1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
