IDO1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, IDO1 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 31 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible IDO1-associated genes across cancer lineages are eEF2, eIF4E, and JNK_pT183_Y185. Each is linked with IDO1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both IDO1-to-partner and partner-to-IDO1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, eEF2 grouped by IDO1-low versus IDO1-high in SKCM.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (IDO1→partner) and Y-score (partner→IDO1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
