Across TCGA cell cohorts, IDO1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2 significant associations in total. OVARY shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible IDO1-associated genes across cancer lineages are FTMT and KRTAP11-1. Each is linked with IDO1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both IDO1-to-partner and partner-to-IDO1 results are reported.
