Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, IDI2-AS1 RNA is linked to patient survival in 18 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated IDI2-AS1 data layer.

The strongest signal is observed in adrenocortical carcinoma (ACC), where higher IDI2-AS1 RNA is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated IDI2-AS1 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as UVM and HNSC show a favorable association.

ACC, KIRC, and THCA are the cancer types where IDI2-AS1 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
