IDH3A

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, IDH3A mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 855 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible IDH3A-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNU6-543P, RNU2-47P, and RNA5SP222. Each is linked with IDH3A in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both IDH3A-to-partner and partner-to-IDH3A results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNU6-543P grouped by IDH3A-low versus IDH3A-high in BRCA.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (IDH3A→partner) and Y-score (partner→IDH3A) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
