IDH2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, IDH2 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 30 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible IDH2-associated genes across cancer lineages are Ku80, CD49b, and Syk. Each is linked with IDH2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both IDH2-to-partner and partner-to-IDH2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Ku80 grouped by IDH2-low versus IDH2-high in LGG.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (IDH2→partner) and Y-score (partner→IDH2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
