IDH1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, IDH1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 13,713 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible IDH1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are PGD, G6PD, and RRM2_S20. Each is linked with IDH1 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both IDH1-to-partner and partner-to-IDH1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, IDH1 versus PGD in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.44.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (IDH1→partner) and Y-score (partner→IDH1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
