IDH1

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, IDH1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 10,559 significant associations in total. PDAC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible IDH1-associated genes across cancer lineages are NQO1, SCP2, and EPHX1. Each is linked with IDH1 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both IDH1-to-partner and partner-to-IDH1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, IDH1 versus NQO1 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.42.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (IDH1→partner) and Y-score (partner→IDH1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
