IDH1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, IDH1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 14,011 significant associations in total. LGG shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible IDH1-associated genes across cancer lineages are DEAF1, RPL34P22, and LONRF2P1. Each is linked with IDH1 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both IDH1-to-partner and partner-to-IDH1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, DEAF1 grouped by IDH1-low versus IDH1-high in LGG.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (IDH1→partner) and Y-score (partner→IDH1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
