IDH1

Across TCGA patient cohorts, IDH1 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 98 significant associations in total. LGG shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible IDH1-associated genes across cancer lineages are 53BP1, Ku80, and 4E-BP1. Each is linked with IDH1 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both IDH1-to-partner and partner-to-IDH1 results are reported.
