IDH1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, IDH1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 9,308 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible IDH1-associated genes across cancer lineages are NFE2L2, KCTD18, and FZD5. Each is linked with IDH1 in more than 11 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both IDH1-to-partner and partner-to-IDH1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, IDH1 versus NFE2L2 in BLOOD_Myeloma, with a Pearson correlation of 0.59.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (IDH1→partner) and Y-score (partner→IDH1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
