Across TCGA cell cohorts, IDH1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,143 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible IDH1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are 2-oxoglutarate metabolic process, Cellular response to toxic substance, and Organic acid catabolic process. Each is linked with IDH1 in more than 13 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both IDH1-to-partner and partner-to-IDH1 results are reported.
