IDH1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, IDH1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 41 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible IDH1-associated genes across cancer lineages are CDH20, ULBP3, and HRK. Each is linked with IDH1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both IDH1-to-partner and partner-to-IDH1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, CDH20 grouped by IDH1-low versus IDH1-high in LARGE_INTESTINE.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (IDH1→partner) and Y-score (partner→IDH1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
