ID3

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ID3 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 6,859 significant associations in total. LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ID3-associated genes across cancer lineages are GRK3, TTC28, and MTMR3. Each is linked with ID3 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ID3-to-partner and partner-to-ID3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ID3 versus GRK3 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.56.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ID3→partner) and Y-score (partner→ID3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
