Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, ID3 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 110 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible ID3-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNU6-1205P, RNU6-280P, and MIR4682. Each is linked with ID3 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ID3-to-partner and partner-to-ID3 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNU6-1205P grouped by ID3-low versus ID3-high in UCEC.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ID3→partner) and Y-score (partner→ID3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
