Across TCGA cell cohorts, ID3 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,889 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ID3-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Mitotic chromosome condensation, Left ventricular cardiac muscle tissue morphogenesis, and Mitotic DNA damage checkpoint signaling. Each is linked with ID3 in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ID3-to-partner and partner-to-ID3 results are reported.
