ID2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ID2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 188 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ID2-associated genes across cancer lineages are LINC02559, RNA5SP198, and RNA5SP205. Each is linked with ID2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ID2-to-partner and partner-to-ID2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, LINC02559 grouped by ID2-low versus ID2-high in CESC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ID2→partner) and Y-score (partner→ID2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
