ID1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ID1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 166 significant associations in total. BLCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ID1-associated genes across cancer lineages are MFSD4BP1, RNA5SP164, and RNU6-919P. Each is linked with ID1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ID1-to-partner and partner-to-ID1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MFSD4BP1 grouped by ID1-low versus ID1-high in SKCM.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ID1→partner) and Y-score (partner→ID1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
