ID1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, ID1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 8 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Lymphoma shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ID1-associated genes across cancer lineages are OR11H1, KRTAP13-4, and PPP1R2C. Each is linked with ID1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ID1-to-partner and partner-to-ID1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, OR11H1 grouped by ID1-low versus ID1-high in BLOOD_Leukemia.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ID1→partner) and Y-score (partner→ID1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
