Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, ICOS RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 18,601 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible ICOS-associated proteins across cancer lineages are ARHGAP45, ARHGDIB, and PSMB10. Each is linked with ICOS in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ICOS-to-partner and partner-to-ICOS results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ICOS versus ARHGAP45 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.67.
RNA expression associated proteins by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ICOS→partner) and Y-score (partner→ICOS) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
