ICOS

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ICOS protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 4,367 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ICOS-associated genes across cancer lineages are IL2RB, IL21R, and IL4I1. Each is linked with ICOS in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ICOS-to-partner and partner-to-ICOS results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ICOS versus IL2RB in LUAD, with a Pearson correlation of 0.81.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ICOS→partner) and Y-score (partner→ICOS) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
