ICOS

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ICOS mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 367 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ICOS-associated genes across cancer lineages are BTBD10, NCAPD3, and SLC25A4. Each is linked with ICOS in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ICOS-to-partner and partner-to-ICOS results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, BTBD10 grouped by ICOS-low versus ICOS-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ICOS→partner) and Y-score (partner→ICOS) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
