Across TCGA cell cohorts, ICOS RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 1,935 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible ICOS-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Positive regulation of defense response to bacterium, Mitochondrion-endoplasmic reticulum membrane tethering, and Homologous recombination. Each is linked with ICOS in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ICOS-to-partner and partner-to-ICOS results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Positive regulation of defense response to bacterium grouped by ICOS-low versus ICOS-high in BLOOD_Lymphoma.
