ICMT

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ICMT mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,550 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ICMT-associated genes across cancer lineages are LINC01784, SLC25A20P1, and RNU6-710P. Each is linked with ICMT in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ICMT-to-partner and partner-to-ICMT results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, LINC01784 grouped by ICMT-low versus ICMT-high in PRAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ICMT→partner) and Y-score (partner→ICMT) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
