Across TCGA patient cohorts, ICE2P2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 6,308 significant associations in total. STAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ICE2P2-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Regulation of mRNA catabolic process, RNA modification, and Negative regulation of DNA recombination. Each is linked with ICE2P2 in more than 13 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ICE2P2-to-partner and partner-to-ICE2P2 results are reported.
