ICE2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ICE2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 4,949 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ICE2-associated genes across cancer lineages are LINC02146, MIR5696, and RNA5SP503. Each is linked with ICE2 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ICE2-to-partner and partner-to-ICE2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, LINC02146 grouped by ICE2-low versus ICE2-high in STAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ICE2→partner) and Y-score (partner→ICE2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
