ICE2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ICE2 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 36 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ICE2-associated genes across cancer lineages are PDK1, eIF4E, and eIF4G. Each is linked with ICE2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ICE2-to-partner and partner-to-ICE2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, PDK1 grouped by ICE2-low versus ICE2-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ICE2→partner) and Y-score (partner→ICE2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
