ICE1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ICE1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 6,597 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ICE1-associated genes across cancer lineages are CD207, SFXN1, and CDKN3. Each is linked with ICE1 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ICE1-to-partner and partner-to-ICE1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, CD207 grouped by ICE1-low versus ICE1-high in LUAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ICE1→partner) and Y-score (partner→ICE1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
