Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, ICAM4 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 5 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated ICAM4 data layer compared with 1 for mass-spec protein and 1 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in lung adenocarcinoma (LUAD), where higher ICAM4 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated ICAM4 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as SKCM show a favorable association.
LUAD, KICH, and UCS are the cancer types where ICAM4 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
