ICAM4

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ICAM4 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 247 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ICAM4-associated genes across cancer lineages are FAM199X, RGPD3, and TRIM58. Each is linked with ICAM4 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ICAM4-to-partner and partner-to-ICAM4 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ICAM4 versus FAM199X in LUAD, with a Pearson correlation of -0.47.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ICAM4→partner) and Y-score (partner→ICAM4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
